Samples of the Week–UV Printed Card&Ceramic Coaster

This week, we have the best samples printed by UV printer Nano 9, check these out!

The first one is a PVC card, 0.76mm thickness, PVC, grainy texture, comes in thick white. And it’s printed with color(CMYKLcLm)+varnish, no white. The resolution is 720dpi, bi-directional middle-speed mode. As is shown in the picture, the varnish is smooth, the white is pure, the gold is vibrant, and the color is sharp even on the edge. There’s a slightly grain-ish texture in varnish due to the grainy texture of the card.

The second one is two pieces of non-coated ceramic tile coaster, shaped in round circle, about 4mm thick, non-smooth surface. Before printing, you can even feel the white protective powder falling from it. So the first thing we do is to clean it with alcohol. After that, the surface becomes powderless. The print comes in color(CMYKLcLm)+Varnish(only in the one with a tiger), 720dpi, high-speed mode, and bi-directional printing. The small one with the stone texture is in a relatively low resolution, and the one with the tiger is a vector picture in high resolution. What’s worth mentioning is that to make sure that the powder won’t damage the varnish quality, we also turned on the humidifier.
